PENNS GROVE – The Penn Grove Historical Society History Museum will be open on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at The Historical Society of Penns Grove, Carneys Point and Oldmans located at 48 West Main Street, Penns Grove, NJ 08069.
This is located between the Penns Grove Post Office and the Penns Grove Police Station.
PGHS will start their 250th Celebration Semiquincentennial for the Signing of the Declaration of Independence July 4th, 1776, with exhibits, “Before We Were a Country”. Feature exhibits include “Granny’s Attic”, “Transportation”, and “Pedricktown”.
The Museum will be open on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. for guided tours but will be closed on holiday weekends.
