EAST GREENWICH — Prologis and ofi (Olam Food Ingredients), one of the world’s largest suppliers of cocoa, coffee, dairy, nuts and spices, celebrated the opening of a 574,000-square-foot distribution facility at 198 Democrat Road in Mickleton. Local elected officials were also in attendance.
The 574,000 square foot is estimated to create local jobs and significant new tax revenue which helps fund local schools, parks and infrastructure projects and strengthens South Jersey’s regional supply chain infrastructure.

“We are proud to join our elected officials today in welcoming one of the world’s largest food and beverage ingredient suppliers to this state-of-the-art logistics facility in South Jersey,” said Mike Sacro, SVP and Market Officer, Prologis. “This facility represents a significant investment in the region, the creation of local jobs and our ongoing commitment to providing businesses in New Jersey with the modern, sustainable facilities they need to manage and grow.”
The facility underscores continued leasing momentum across Prologis’ South Jersey portfolio, where other fully occupied buildings serve customers including major employers in food manufacturing and national retail distribution, supporting a strong employment base in the region.
