WOOLWICH TWP. — The Kingsway Education Foundation invites senior citizens from the Townships of East Greenwich, Logan, South Harrison, and Woolwich and the Borough of Swedesboro to its annual Harvest Gala, on Thursday, Nov. 14 from 3 to 5 p.m. The event will take place in the newly remodeled high school cafeteria.
This year the District celebrates 50 years of traditions and success, and the Harvest Gala will take on a golden theme. With renovations to both middle and high schools complete, the new cafeteria will be the perfect venue for a celebration.
Music, dancing, refreshments, and door prizes will be offered to participants. The award winning Kingsway Jazz Band, under the direction of Joe Henderson, will showcase golden Jazz tunes.
Those in attendance will receive a “golden” ticket favor, and a few lucky citizens will be awarded the golden-ticket door prize. After the Harvest celebration, tours of the high school will be available by student council and peer high school leaders.
