WOODBURY — Interim Gloucester County Superintendent of Schools Peggy Nicolosi is pleased to announce the establishment of the Hoffman DiMuzio Community Service Scholarship Foundation, LLC. The law firm of Hoffman DiMuzio has allocated more than a quarter of a million dollars to this fund.
Specifically, for the next ten years, two graduating students, one male and one female, from each of the 14 Gloucester County public high schools, who have consistently given Gifts of the Heart, will be selected to receive the Hoffman DiMuzio Community Service Scholarship in the amount of $1,000 each.
The Hoffman DiMuzio Community Service Scholarship Foundation seeks to reward those service-oriented students who throughout their four years of high school have shown a passion for helping others, both within the classroom and within the community.
By awarding these scholarships, the law firm of Hoffman DiMuzio hopes to encourage students to give Gifts of the Heart to others and to follow their passions for the greater good.
The 2015 Hoffman DiMuzio Community Service Award recipients at Kingsway Regional High School are Kara Clark & Ian Morrison.
