MEMBERS from the Woolwich Fire Department and East Greenwich Fire Department took advantage of the February deep freeze and drilled together on Swedesboro’s Lake Narriticon in Ice Rescue Fundamentals. Weather conditions in February here had sub-zero wind chills on several mornings, and the first measurable snowfall.
