One on One Computer Classes- 1 Hour Instruction: Basic Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Prezi Presentation, Ancestry.com and Email. Please call for an appointment.

Librarian by Appointment- 1 Hour assistance available for reference, job search, resume, cover letter, etc. Please call for an appointment.

WheatonArts Free Pass– Pass available at GCLS branches to GCLS customers. Admits two adults and all children under 18 years old. Call a GCLS Branch for availability and more information.

Youth Programs

Egg Hunt & Bunny Visit Friday, Apr. 3, 10:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. Ages 8 and under. Join us for an egg hunt in the library. Please bring a basket and don’t forget your camera. The bunny will be available for pictures from 10:45 –11:30.

Storytimes: Stories, Songs & Craft provided.

Baby’s Way to Books – Mondays, April 6, 13, 20 & 27, 10:15–10:45 a.m. Ages birth– 2 years old.

Toddler Time – Mondays, April 6, 13, 20 & 27, 11-11:30 a.m. Fridays, April 10, 17 & 24, 10:15-10:45 a.m. Ages 2- 3 years old.

Preschool Storytime – Fridays, April 10, 17, & 24, 11–11:30 a.m. Ages 4 – 5 years old.

Music Time – Wednesdays, April 8, 15, 22 & 29, 11–11:30 a.m. Ages 0 – 5.

FURever as Friends Reading Program – Tuesdays, April 7 & 21, 6:30–7:30 p.m. Please sign up for 10-minute time slot. One-time permission slip required.

Library Scavenger Hunt – Tuesday, April 14, 6:30–7:30 p.m. Ages 5–12. Prizes, snacks and a craft will be provided.

Lego Night – Tuesday, April 28, 6:30–7:30 p.m. All ages.

Minecraft Club! – Thursday, April 9, 4–5 p.m. Ages 6 – 12 years old. Bring your own device and have an account already set up. Work as teams in creative mode to complete a building challenge.

Coding Club – Thursday, April 16, 4–5 p.m. Ages 8 and up. Class is limited to 14. Please register. Please bring your own device, if possible.

Make & Take Family Crafts – Saturday, April 11, any time between 10:30–12:30. All ages. Supplies and assistance will be provided to make a Cloud and Raindrop Mobile. Thursday, April 30 any time between 3–4:30. All ages. Supplies and assistance will be provided to make a popsicle birdhouse.

GCLS Chess Club- Mondays, 6-8:45 p.m. All ages, all skill levels, USCF rated club.
