, son of Bill and Stephanie King of Woolwich Township, NJ.
School Activities: Varsity Basketball – Captain, Varsity Football, and Interact.
Out of School Activities: Habitat for Humanity, and played roller hockey.
Honors/Awards: Unsung Hero for both football and basketball. January Spotlight Student of the Month, Touchdown Club honoree, Brooks Irvine Football Club honoree, and Honor Roll throughout high school. William also received the Mel Carter Loyalty Award, and All- Academic Team South Jersey.
Future Plans: William is considering attending Towson University, University of Delaware, or Temple University for a business degree. He also would like to play football for Misericordia University, Montclair State University, or Rowan University. He would also like to minor in Statistics.
MACKENNA SMITH, daughter of Stephen and Kathleen Smith of Mullica Hill.
School Activities: National Honor Society, Interact, Executive Board of Student Council, Student Ambassador, Battle of the Bands, Varsity Cheerleading, and Prom Committee.
Out of School Activities: Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey’s Teen Advisory Council, Girl Scouts, Internship with Mayor of Swedesboro, Internship with Inspira Health Networks, and hostess at the Red Hen.
Honors/Awards: President of National Honor Society, grade-level advisor of Interact, founder of Battle of the Bands, Vice Student Director of Ronald McDonald House Teen Advisory Council, Superintendent’s List, and Honor Roll.
Future Plans: This coming fall, Mackenna will be attending Seton Hall University as a communications major. Although she will miss her days as a “Dragon,” she looks forward to being a “Pirate!”
