Kayaking & fishing gives a chance for relief & healing

HEROES ON THE WATER (HOW) South Jersey gave local veterans, first responders and their families, a relaxing day of kayaking and fishing on Lake Narraticon in Swedesboro on July 13. The weather was beautiful, and several people took advantage of this free therapeutic kayak and fishing event. Food by Mission BBQ was provided and members of HOW were on hand to train the novices in both kayaking and fishing. Boats and fishing gear were provided.
