Trinity Church was founded as a Swedish Lutheran parish in 1703. Services were held in Swedish and led by clergy sent from Sweden until the construction of the current structure in 1786, when the congregation chose to affiliate with the Episcopal Church of America.
Your generosity enables the Trinity Foundation to continue the work of restoring and maintaining this cherished landmark and educating the public as to its historic importance through interpretive signs erected in Trinity Square.
