Century Savings Bank Names New President & Senior Vice President of Commerical Lending

VINELAND — Century Savings Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of David J. Hanrahan as President and Joseph F. Rehm as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending.

The position of President and Chief Executive Officer, currently held by David J. Hemple, has been separated into two positions. Hemple will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer, while Hanrahan will serve as President.

These additions to the leadership team align with the strategic plan for the ongoing success and expansion of the commercial lending division of the bank and to further demonstrate our dedication to continuous improvement throughout the organization.

As president, Hanrahan will be responsible for directly overseeing the lending division of the bank as well as the development of new and expansion of existing loan products and services and exploration into new markets. “Dave Hemple and I are committed to a partnership of innovation that will drive growth in all of our business and commercial lines. Century’s deep community roots, long history, financial strength, and mutual structure make it ideally suited to serve the unique banking needs of South Jersey,” stated Hanrahan.

As Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending, Rehm will focus on expanding Century’s commercial client base by offering flexible solutions tailored to meet the needs of area businesses. “I am excited to join the Century team to help drive the growth and development of the commercial lending division while leveraging our unique value proposition as a mutual bank,” said Rehm.
