MOLLET — Elizabeth H. Mollet, 95. She was a wholesome down to earth woman: much of Betty’s life revolved around the land. Raised on her family farm in Auburn, she’d marry a farmer. Together they’d work the land until the farm was sold. Betty loved all animals, but especially her goats and chickens. It was said that her nature could calm the most ferocious of dogs.
