Sept. 6: Officers responded to JB Hunt on Commodore Drive for a Theft report. It was reported that the suspect was in the process of taking tires off several JB Hunt trucks. The suspect had already removed four tires before being noticed by an employee, which caused him to leave the area prior to loading the tires in the vehicle.
Sept. 8: Officers were dispatched to N.A.I. on Center Square Road for an employee making Terroristic Threats. It was reported that an employee left a voicemail for the staffing company that someone was going to be killed. The suspect then contacted a certain employee and said he was going to kill the employee after work. The 37- year-old Chester, Pa. man was charged with Terroristic Threats. He was processed and released on a summons pending a future court date.
Sept. 11: Officers responded to Camping World on Heron Drive for a Theft report. It was reported that a furnace was stolen from a trailer on their lot. The value of the furnace is approx. $900.
Sept. 12: Officers responded to a fight in progress at the Holiday Inn on Pureland Drive. While investigating, it was learned that roommates had a dispute regarding the bill at dinner. During the dispute, the suspect, a 29-year-old Columbia, TN man, damaged the sink in the bathroom of their hotel room. As a result of the investigation, he was charged with Criminal Mischief. The value of the sink is approx. $1,000.
Sept. 20: Officers responded to the construction site on Rt. 322 for a Theft of tools. It was reported that sometime overnight, someone went onto the site and stole circular saws and screw guns. That value of the Theft is estimated at $2,400.
Sept. 21: Officers responded to an Eagle Farms residence for a Theft of bicycle report. It was reported that someone stole three bikes from the rear yard, specifically a yellow beach cruiser, a blue 10-speed, and a black low rider. The total value of the bikes stolen is approx. $1,250.
Sept. 23: Officers responded to Green Yard on Pedricktown Road for a Criminal Mischief report. It was reported that an employee became upset during a vending machine transaction, resulting in him punching the machine and breaking it. The 43-year-old Vineland man was charged with Criminal Mischief and released on a summons with a future court date. The value of the damage is approx. $500.
Sept. 26: Officers observed a suspicious vehicle behind Concord Pets on Village Center Drive. While observing the vehicle, it left the area at a high rate of speed, and the driver began driving in a reckless manner. The vehicle ended up running off the roadway and crashing on Township Line Road prior to patrol’s arrival. During the investigation, the driver admitted to inhaling Marijuana. As a result of the investigation, Officers charged the 20-year-old Philadelphia man with Eluding and Driving Under the Influence. He was process and released to a third party with a future court date.
Sept. 26: Officers responded to Taylor Farms on Heron Drive for a Theft report. It was reported that an employee had his Nike sneakers stolen from the locker room. Approx. value of the sneakers is $50.
Sept. 27: Officers spoke with a representative from the Repaupo United Methodist Church, who reported that their propane tank was stolen from the property. The value of the tank is approx. $550.
Sept. 30: Officers responded to the playground on Mechanic Street for a Criminal Mischief report. It was reported that someone had placed grease and spray paint on several pieces of equipment. Damage to the equipment is estimated at $250.
