County continues to offer Nutrition Program for seniors

WEST DEPTFORD — The Division of Senior Services and the Gloucester County Board of Commissioners continue to offer seniors hot, mid-day meals.

A donation of $1.25 is accepted for each meal, however this is voluntary. There is no obligation to contribute, and no one is turned away.  View the monthly menus at <https://www.gloucestercountynj.gov/Archive.aspx?AMID=57>.

Privacy and confidentiality with respect to contributions is guaranteed and all collected contributions are used to expand services.

In addition to the nutrition sites, the Gloucester County Serve-A-Tray provides hot, nutritious noon-time meals to eligible county residents delivered Monday through Friday, and frozen meals are available for the weekends.

The program is always looking for volunteers to help deliver meals to our seniors.Volunteers keep a log and are reimbursed for their mileage. For further information on services offered through the Nutrition Program, or volunteer opportunities call 856-384-6900.
