CLARKSBORO – St. Peter’s is excited to announce that St. Peter’s Community Pantry is open, and serving those in need in our Gloucester County Community.
The Pantry is open on the fourth Saturday of every month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Pantry is located at 304 Kings Highway in Clarksboro, behind St. Peter’s Episcopal Church.
The pantry serves all people in the community who are unable to purchase food for themselves or their families. It is served without prejudice.
“We do not care if, or where, you go to church, what color your skin is, if you are old or young. We do not care about your political beliefs, your creed, your sexual orientation, or your migrant status. If you need help, we want to try to ease your burden,” said a pantry spokesperson.
The pantry is also looking for those who want to help at the Pantry. If you would like to volunteer, please call the Pantry number at 856-599-0491, and someone will get back to you.
If you would like to make a personal cash donation to the Pantry, please send your check to St. Peter’s Community Pantry at 304 Kings Highway, Clarksboro, NJ 08020. If you work for a company that supports non-profits, please speak with them about helping us.
We look forward to the continued support of the community and are happy that, after so many months of planning and preparation, the Pantry vision has become a reality, stated the spokesperson.
