LOGAN TWP. – The Logan Township Planning Board granted final site plan approval at their April 11 meeting for the construction of a 334,200 square foot warehouse. This property will front on Route 322 and Stone Meeting House Road, and will be situated behind the Logan Township EMT station on Jenny Lane.
This will be Building 1 in the Commodore North II Property. The plan calls for 68 loading berths, 275 parking spaces, 92 trailer parking spaces, and 67 future parking spaces.
