Nov. 27: Officers charged a 52 year old Mullica Hill man with DWI following a Center Square Road vehicle stop. The man was processed and released pending court.

Nov. 27: A Heidi Lane resident reported that someone entered her unlocked vehicle and removed an I-phone 5 valued at $600 which was located therein.

Nov. 29: Officers charged an 18 year old Gibbstown man with DWI following a motor vehicle stop on Steelman Avenue. He was charged with DWI and DWI by a person under the legal age. He was processed and released pending court.

Nov. 30: Police charged an 18 year old Logan man with DWI and possession of drug paraphernalia following a vehicle stop on Harvest Road. He was processed and released pending court. A passenger, an 18 year old Swedesboro man, was charged with drug paraphernalia as well.

Nov. 2: Police arrested a 22 year old Swedesboro man on warrants in excess of $2,000 following a pedestrian stop. He was processed and lodged in the Salem County Jail in default.

Nov. 2: Officers charged a 33 year old Logan man with multiple counts of forgery following an investigation at a business on High Hill Road. He was processed and released pending court.

Dec. 3: Investigators charged a 33 year old Lindenwold man with criminal attempt to obtain CDS by fraud and forgery following an investigation in which the suspect attempted to procure prescription pain medication. He was served in the Camden County Jail where he is detained on unrelated charges. Bail was set at $10,000 full cash.

Dec. 3: A 19 year old Newark, DE man was charged with harassment and related offenses following several acts of inappropriate contact with a female co-worker at a business on Center Square Road. Service is pending.

Dec. 5: Police charged a 52 year old Bridgeport man with DWI following a report of an erratic driver on Center Square Road. The man was processed and released pending court.

Dec. 5: Investigators charged a 29 year old Elmer man with burglary and theft from a business on Rt. 130. The man, a company security guard, accessed an office without authorization and stole holiday gift cards from within. He was processed and released pending court.

Dec. 6: A Logan woman reported that someone removed $300 in cash from her purse which had been left unattended while patronizing the Wawa.

Dec. 6: Investigators charged a man and woman from Williamstown, both 19 year old, with theft and trespassing following a month cell phone theft investigation. They were processed and released pending court.

Dec. 6: Officers investigated an attempted burglary of a home in the Hampton Ridge development. The suspect/s attempted to gain access by tampering with several door locking mechanisms sometime between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. The locks were damaged; however the home was not entered.

Dec. 7: Officers charged an 18 year old Carneys Point man with possession of drug paraphernalia following a suspicious motor vehicle complaint on Center Square Road. His 29 y/o companion, a Glassboro resident, was arrested on multiple warrants. They were processed and released on their own recognizance.

Dec. 7: Police investigated a trespassing and theft complaint at a business on High Hill Road. An unidentified male entered onto the property, tampered with a surveillance camera and then removed $500 worth of scrap metal. Officers are reviewing additional footage in hopes of identifying the person responsible.

Dec. 8: Officers charged a 33 year old Logan man with theft following an investigation at a residence in the Eagle Farms development. The man removed cash and rare coins valued at $3,200 from a home where he had been staying temporarily. He was processed and released pending court.

Dec. 10: Police charged a 41 year old Woolwich Twp. woman with theft and bad checks following an investigation at the Sun Bank. Service is pending.

Dec. 12: Police charged a 27 year old Woolwich Twp. man with DWI following a vehicle crash on Paulsboro Road. The man was processed and released pending court.

Dec. 12: Officers arrested a 32 year old Logan Twp. man on multiple warrants following a vehicle stop on Arlington Drive. He was processed and released on $1,500 bail.

Dec. 13: Police charged a 33 year old Lindenwold man with forgery and obtaining CDS (Oxycodone) by fraud. He was processed in the Camden County Jail where he is lodged on unrelated charges.

Dec. 16: Officers investigated a daytime residential burglary on Center Square Road. Investigation found that sometime between 9 a.m. and 11:45 a.m., someone pried open the rear door and then proceeded to master bedroom where various pieces of jewelry were stolen.

Residents are reminded that the Holiday Season is also prime burglary season as well; the burglars and thieves know that this is the time of year when our homes will be filled with gifts and new purchases.

Dec. 20: A 44-year-old Logan man and his 20 year old son have been charged with dealing marijuana out of their Mulberry Lane home. The arrest was made after a month long investigation into the distribution of exotic forms of marijuana from their home. The investigation culminated with the execution of a search warrant on Dec. 20. Officers seized marijuana, a digital scale, packaging supplies as well as numerous items of paraphernalia. Both have been charged with possession of marijuana, distribution, and possession of drug paraphernalia. One suspect was additionally charged with receiving stolen property. They were processed and released on their own recognizance pending court.

Don’t advertise. Burglars look for occupancy cues such as piled up newspapers and exterior lights on 24 hrs. a day. Use inexpensive light timers and have friends or neighbors pickup circulars.
If you do leave, make your home appear occupied. Leave a radio or TV on.
Don’t place empty boxes outside your house that let thieves know what you have

purchased. Break the boxes down and comingle them with other recyclables..
