Botto’s Holiday Stuffing

Fill your Turkey or have it on the side Botto’s Stuffing perfect for your holiday meal!!

Classic Stuffing mixed with Botto’s Sweet, Hot or Country Style Sausage

1 stalk of celery finely diced

1 large onion finely diced

1 lb. of sausage

1\4 lb. of unsalted butter

2 cups of diced stale bread

1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning

1 can chicken stock

Salt and pepper to taste

-In a large skillet melt butter on low heat and add celery and onions.

-Remove sausage from casing and break by hand and add to skillet.

-Saute everything together making sure sausage is fully cooked and broken into small pieces.

– Add chicken stock and simmer.

– After everything is fully cooked, add diced stale bread and seasonings and fold together.

– Let cool and fill your turkey

– If not for filling, butter a 2-inch baking pan and fill with stuffing and bake in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
