1 large onion
5 stalks of celery
1 tsp of poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp of thyme
1 bag stuffing cubes regular or gluten free
12 ozs of vegetable or chicken stock
Quarter stick of butter
In sauce pot sauté onions and celery with butter over medium heat
Add skinless Botto’s Sausage to pot and continue to sauté and break apart sausage as you go
When sausage and onions are fully cooked add all seasonings and bread cubes and stir to evenly mix
Pull from heat add stock and mix.
Place stuffing in a baking glass dish or pan and bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees
Remove from oven and serve.
