SWEDESBORO — Swedesboro Performing Arts Academy is proud to announce that it will host its 2016 Season Showcase, “A Decade in Revue: 1981 – 1989” at the beautiful Toscano Performing Arts Center, at Clearview Regional High School on June 25 and 26.
The 2016 Season Showcase will be held Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. The Toscano Center is located at 625 Breakneck Road, in Mullica Hill.
Tickets are $20 for reserved seating, $15 for General Admission, and $20 at the door. Tickets may be purchased in person at The Academy, by phone at 856-832-4774, or in person at the box office on the day of the event only.
As always the show will also include classics and patriotic selections. SPAA is proud to be partnering with Clearview for this event and is excited to bring together the different communities in the area to celebrate the performing arts.
Designed by architects Fraytak Veisz Hopkins Duthie, the Toscano Center was completed in 2004. The facility features a 1,000 seat auditorium with a large stage and orchestra pit, comfortable lobby with ticket booth and concession stand, and boasts state of the art technical production equipment.
The spacious lobby also houses Clearview’s Veterans’ Wall of Honor, which memorializes over 50 years of military service by Clearview alumni.
SPAA is excited at this, it’s first ever partnership with Clearview, as an opportunity to bring together the many artistically active populations of our area. All members of the public are welcome, and encouraged, to attend the Showcase. SPAA thanks the Clearview Board of Education for hosting this community-building event.
SPAA is dedicated to providing children and teens of varying needs professional training in dance, music, and theatre. SPAA’s Showcases are fun for all ages, and include performances of Dance, Music, and Theatre, in a revue style show.
