SWEDESBORO — Cub Scout Pack 213, serving Swedesboro-Woolwich, is accepting new members.

The Cub Scout program is for kids in grades kindergarten through fifth grade. Pack 213 keeps the “Outing in Scouting” by participating in several family camping activities each year, and meeting at local parks and preserves so Scouts learn more about the plants and animals in our community.

Additionally, Pack 213 is active in several service projects, such as the annual Scouting for Food drive. The Scouts also help to prepare meals for the homeless, participate in township beautification efforts, and have made cards and blankets for the less fortunate.

There’s plenty of fun too. At the annual Pinewood Derby, the room buzzes with excitement.  You can’t miss the laughter and energy when the kids are ice skating, running through an obstacle course, or attending a Phillies game.

If you are looking to add a truly different activity, consider joining the scouting family through Swedesboro-Woolwich Pack 213. A dynamic group of Scouts, parents, and families can’t wait to meet you.
