People came out to enjoy, safely, Food Truck Thursday at the Swedesboro Auction on June 26. Tables were spread further apart. People practiced social distancing in lines, and everyone seemed to be wearing masks. Even Swedesboro Councilperson Diane Hale did the extra duty of personally taking care of sanitizing the rest rooms after each person. Hand sanitizers were available and signs were on tables to remind people to wipe them down. A lot of hard work went into planning these events because of the always changing COVID restrictions but Swedesboro wanted to make sure this popular event still happened. There were fewer trucks there this time, but there could be more next Food Truck Thursday so watch for notices.
