May 4: Officers responded to the area of Rt. 322 and S. Bridgeport Rd. for a motor vehicle crash. Upon investigating the crash, officers charged a 27 year old Glassboro female with Driving Under the Influence. She was transported to the hospital for injuries, where she was charged and turned over to medical staff.

May 12: Officers responded to Custom Building on High Hill Rd. for a Criminal Mischief report. The victim advised that after he parked his vehicle at work, someone damaged his windshield and his tire. Value of the damage is estimated at $1,200.

May 13: Officers observed a suspicious vehicle in the cemetery on Main St. with the occupant appearing impaired. Upon investigating, officers arrested the 40 year old Pennsville man with Possession of Marijuana. He was processed and released with a pending court date.

May 20: Officers responded to Clean Harbors on Rt. 322 for a Theft report. It was reported to officers that someone entered the facility and removed several pieces of equipment, including tools, and an ATV. The value of all items stolen is estimated at $133,000. This matter was forwarded to the Detective Unit.

May 21: Officers responded to EXPO Logistics on Oldman’s Creek Rd. for a Theft report. It was reported to officers that someone entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and removed his wallet. Total value of the Theft is estimated over $160.

May 21: Officers responded to EXPO Logistics on Center Square Rd. for a Theft report. It was reported to officers that two suspicious people were walking through the parking lot checking vehicle handles. One vehicle was entered and $400 cash was removed.

May 22: Officers responded to EXPO Logistics on Center Square Rd. for a Theft report. It was reported to officers that someone entered the victim’s vehicle and removed $1,000 cash from the vehicle.

May 22: Officers responded to UPS on Birch Creek Rd. for a Theft report. It was reported to officers that someone entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle, and removed a purse. The purse was located near the vehicle, but a debit card and $200 was missing.

May 22: Officers responded to EXPO Logistics on Center Square Rd. for a Criminal Mischief report. It was reported to officers that the door handle to the victim’s vehicle was damaged, appearing that someone attempted to enter the locked vehicle. No entry was gained, but the handle was damaged. Estimated value of the damage is unknown at this time.

May 27: Officers responded to the Philly Pretzel Factory and Rita’s Water Ice for someone passing counterfeit bills. It was reported to officers that a tall thin black male was attempting to pass $1 bills, altered in appearance to resemble $100 bills. The suspect did not pass the bill at Philly Pretzel Factory, however, was able to pass it at Rita’s.

May 27: Officers responded to a property on High Hill Rd. for a Criminal Mischief and Theft report. It was reported that a backhoe had its windows broken, along with mechanisms inside. Also stolen were two trail cameras. Investigation led to two suspects that will be charged as juveniles. The value of the damage is estimated at $9,800.

May 28: Officers responded to Clean Harbors on Rt. 322 for a Theft report. It was reported to officers that a terminated employee never returned a vehicle and equipment to the company. The Theft of the vehicle and equipment is valued over $35,000. The 44 year old male from Philadelphia is being charged with Theft. A follow up investigation revealed that the vehicle and tools were located in Pennsylvania.

May 30: Patrols responded to Green Chef on Commerce Blvd. for a Theft report. It was reported that someone entered the victim’s vehicle, removing a laptop ($400) and a radar detector ($500) and a Swiss Army bookbag.
