RESIDENTS, municipal officials of Swedesboro and Woolwich Township, and members of the Woolwich Township Police Force joined together in this peaceful Solidarity March on June 6. The crowd of several hundred people of all ages and color gathered at Locke Avenue Park where there was a voter registration table and water available from local merchants. The group then marched down Auburn Avenue and up Kings Highway. Logan Township held their own Black Lives Matter March for Equality on June 9 down Beckett Road. A United East Greenwich March was held on June 13 held beginning at the Samuel Mickle School and ended in Thompson Park.
