CLARKSBORO — St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Clarksboro is excited to announce its upcoming events for March.
On Saturday, March 11 there will be another Contactless Food Drive at 304 Kings Highway in Clarksboro from 10 a.m. to noon.
The St. Peter’s Community Pantry is expected to open in April to provide food to those facing food insecurity in our community. The Pantry will have no religious connection to St. Peter’s Church, although it will be located on the church grounds. It will serve those of any race, creed, color, religion, immigration status or gender identity.
It is intended to provide a source of nutritious food to those who, due to financial constraints, cannot purchase enough food to feed themselves or their family.
As always, we hope that you will give generously to the food drive as you have done since the beginning of the pandemic.
The St. Peter’s will be hosting its Annual Crab Cake Dinner on Saturday, March 18 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The crab cakes are all handmade in our kitchen using only the finest quality crabmeat. The cost is $22 per person. It is available as an eat-in or take out dinner.
Tickets can be purchased at www.st.petersclarksboro.org, by phone at 856-423-4116, by Venmo, or in person at the door. It is highly recommended that tickets be purchased in advance.
