WOOLWICH TWP. – On March 7, the Woolwich Township Joint Land Use Board approved a resolution authorizing the construction of another warehouse on Route 322 for 2024 Oak Grove Road, Woolwich LLC’s.
The preliminary and final major site plan for the warehouse calls for the construction of a 243,360 square foot warehouse along Route 322 and Oak Grove Road. The plan includes the construction of improvements to Oak Grove Road to accommodate truck traffic.
This property is located in Woolwich Township’s Redevelopment Area located in the Regional Center West Redevelopment Area. This is an area that the township has designated as an area in need of redevelopment or rehabilitation.
