East Greenwich Fall Festival Returns, Sept. 26

MICKLETON — The East Greenwich Home and School Association (PTO) is proud to announce the revival of a beloved community tradition: the East Greenwich Fall Festival. Returning after more than 20 years, the revived festival will take place on Saturday, Sept. 26, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Samuel Mickle School.

Designed to celebrate the return to school and kick off the autumn season, the event offers a full day of family-friendly entertainment, activities, and local engagement.

There will be fun family activities like pumpkin painting, interactive games, and dedicated photo stations to capture fall memories. There will be a diverse lineup of popular local food trucks. There will be gift baskets, raffles and prizes, and information booths featuring local youth sports leagues, community clubs, and civic organizations.

Organized by the HSA in close collaboration with school officials and the local police department, the festival prioritizes safety, inclusion, and thoughtful planning to ensure a memorable experience for children and families across the township.

“We are thrilled to bring back an event that holds such nostalgic value for longtime residents while creating new memories for our current students. I have fond memories of coming here as a child still wearing my soccer uniform after my Saturday game and now, I get to do the same with my three boys. It’s a fantastic way to welcome the new school year and bring our entire community together,” said Courtney Woodruff, Vice President of the East Greenwich Home and School Association.

Details and event updates can be found on the East Greenwich Home and School social media pages and school district announcements.
