Jan. 3: Officers responded to Acme on Center Square Rd. for a Theft report. It was reported that

while the victim was inside Acme, someone stole his bicycle. The bicycle is described as a

yellow Dogtown Big Ripper, valued at approx. $900.

Jan. 8: Officers responded to Acme on Center Square Rd. for a Shoplifting report. It was reported

that three women entered the store, placed items in the cart and left the store without paying.

After investigating, Officers were able to identify one of the women as a 62-year-old Woolwich

Twp. resident. This suspect was arrested and charged with Shoplifting. She was processed and

released on a summons with a future court date. Value of the items stolen is approx. $500.

Jan. 9: Officers responded to Sam’s Club on Birch Creek Rd. for a Criminal Mischief report. It

was reported that someone had cut a hole in the fence to the property. Value of the damage is

unknown at this time.

Jan. 10: Officers responded to a Springfield development residence for a Criminal

Mischief/Suspicious Incident report. It was reported that someone threw nails in the driveway of

the owner. There was no damage to any property at this time.

Jan. 11: Officers responded to Cardinal Health on Center Square Rd. Rd. for a Theft report. It was

reported that sometime overnight, someone removed the catalytic converter from an employee’s

vehicle. The converter is valued at approx. $600.

Jan. 12: Officers responded to Acme on Center Square Rd. for a Shoplifting report. It was reported

that the suspect stole several items and left in a stolen vehicle. Officers were able to identify the

suspect as a 51-year-old Clarksboro man and charged him with Shoplifting. The value of the

stolen items is unknown at this time.

Jan. 17: Officers took a report from Tractor Supply on Center Square Rd. regarding Theft that

occurred by several employees. It was learned that these employees were “under-ringing” items

in the store for a total loss of approx. $4,840. As a result of this investigation by the Detective

Unit, the employees were all arrested, processed and charged with Shoplifting and released with

future court dates. Those arrested were a 22-year-old Woolwich Twp. male; a 20-year-old

Woolwich Twp. male; a 23-year-old Logan Twp. female; a 19-year-old Logan Twp. male; a 21-

year-old Salem male; a 36-year-old Harrisonville female; and a 48-year-old Penns Grove male.

Jan. 21: Officers responded to Acme on Center Square Rd. for a Shoplifting report. It was reported

that the suspect had several items in a cart and left the store without paying. Value of the stolen

items is approx. $152.

Jan. 28: Officers responded to a warehouse on Center Square Rd. for a Theft report. It was

reported that two catalytic converters were stolen from box trucks. Value of both converters is

approx. $5,000.

Jan. 30: Officers responded to Acme on Center Square Rd. for a Shoplifting report. It was reported

that the suspect placed multiple containers of detergent in a bag and left the store without paying.

Officers were able to identify the suspect as the same 51-year-old Clarksboro man that

Shoplifted from Acme on 1/12. This suspect was charged with Shoplifting. Total value of the

items stolen is approx. $1,054. The suspect was later located in Camden and lodged in the

Camden County Jail on several other charges.
