Sept. 4: Officers responded to Wawa on Center Square Rd. for a Theft report. It was reported that the suspect stole approximately 16 packs of cigarettes and fled the store. Officers were able to identify the suspect and charged the 30-year-old Paulsboro man with Shoplifting. Service on this charge is pending.

Sept. 11: Officers responded to UST Select on Repaupo Station Rd. for a Theft of a Motor Vehicle report. It was reported that someone entered an unlocked white 2022 Enterprise rental truck with the keys inside and stole it from the lot. The vehicle was located a short time later at the Amazon on Center Square Rd. Officers arrested the driver and charged him with Receiving Stolen Property. The 32-year-old Mickleton man was also wanted in Pennsylvania. He was charged with being a Fugitive from Justice and lodged in the Salem County Jail. The truck is valued at approx. $90,000.

Sept. 12: Officers responded to Taylor Farms on Heron Dr. for a Theft report. It was reported that a construction company on site had several spools of wire stolen from the facility. The

investigation has been turned over to the Detective Unit. Value of the items stolen is approx.

$4,600.

Sept. 14: Officers responded to a construction site on Pedricktown Rd. for a Theft report. It was

reported that sometime overnight, someone removed the catalytic converter from a work truck.

The value of the Theft is approx. $1,000.

Sept. 21: Officers responded to R&R Ceilings on Heron Dr. for a Theft report. It was reported that sometime overnight, someone removed the catalytic converter from one of the vehicles. The

converter is valued at approx. $2,000.

Sept. 22: Officers responded to Acme on Center Square Rd. for a Shoplifting report. It was reported that the suspect stole items from the deli area and left the store. Officers were able to identify the 41-year-old Philadelphia man and charged him with Shoplifting. The value of the stolen items is approx. $50.

Sept. 22: Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot along Center Square Rd. While investigating the vehicle, Officers observed the driver possibly under the influence as she

appeared unconscious. After investigating, Officers arrested the 28-year-old Trenton woman for

Driving Under the Influence and Possession of CDS. She was released to a third party with a

future court date.

Sept. 23: Officers responded to the intersection of Center Square Rd. and Heron Dr. for a motor

vehicle crash with injuries. While investigating the crash, Officers learned that the initial striking

vehicle fled the scene. Officers located the vehicle in a nearby parking lot. Due to the injuries,

the 37-year-old Philadelphia man was charged with Assault by Auto and several motor vehicle

summons.

Sept. 25: Officers responded to Gastrol on Center Square Rd. for a Theft of gas report. It was

reported that the driver received $60 worth of gas and fled the area without paying.

Sept. 25: Officers responded to the Little League complex on Beckett Rd. for a Criminal Mischief report. It was reported that someone attempted to break into the snack stand, causing damage to the door of the building. It did not appear that anyone made entry into the building.

Sept. 27: Officers responded to Target on Creekview Ave. for a Theft report. It was reported that an employee had stolen 21 smart watches from the facility. The 35-year-old Sicklerville man was

charged with Theft and lodged in the Salem County Jail. The value of the Theft is approx.

$4,640.

Sept. 28: Officers responded to the Atlantic City Electric substation on Nortonville Rd. for a Theft report. It was reported that over the last several days, someone entered the locked gate and stole approx. $6,000 worth of copper wire.
