November Events at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church

CLARKSBORO — After a very successful Fall Basket Extravaganza, St. Peter’s Episcopal Church is now looking ahead to a busy November.

We hope to see all of you at Kingsway Regional High School’s Holiday Craft Fair on Saturday, Nov. 5 at the high school. This is a not to be missed craft fair. We are excited to be there selling our famous homemade relish.

This year, we have added strawberry, peach and grape jams and jelly to our offerings. They are delicious, and together, make a great holiday hostess gift or Christmas gift for the person that has everything.

Our Contactless Food Drive will be held on Saturday, Nov. 12 in the parking lot of the church at 304 Kings Highway from 10 a.m. until noon. As a result of the support of the community during our last food drive, we were able to fill three pick-up trucks and a mini van to the brim. These items were delivered to the Angels Community Pantry in Pitman which had run low on food.

Our next drive will once again support The Blessing Store in Clarksboro. We are specifically asking for food items that can be used for Thanksgiving dinner: stuffing mix, boxed potatoes, canned veggies, cranberry sauce, gravy and boxed dessert mixes.

Please join us on Saturday, Nov. 19 from 3 to 6 p.m. for our Annual Pork and Sauerkraut Dinner. This long-standing event draws a crowd from all over Gloucester County. Watch for details on our website www.stpetersclarksboro.org.
